Princeton!

Rachel and I just visited! It was..... ivy-league. And rather large. Well, not LARGE, per say, but expanded. and across the street from a LOT of shops. BUT!! Rachel came with me!!! So it was fun! Actually, I've never had a 2-hour car ride go by that fast or that fun! We listened to my iPod and talked in the backseat, while my dad drove. it was...pretty near awesome.
ALSO! THREE DAYS 'TIL ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CREATION!!!

so...um... if you want details and exact stuff, just see Otaku-chan's blog. if you want random impressions that I got throughout the trip, stay here!!
Random impressions/thoughts:
1) angry short guys yelling at you to get married before you hit 25 are scary
2) ADD speakers are epic
3) washing dishes for 20 people doesn't suck that much as long as you're close to the water source and don't have soap on your hands, thus forcing you to ask a complete stranger if he could please turn the tap on for you
4) being a 16-year-old mother of about 12 6th-grade-and-younger kids sucks. which is one reason I was glad that Creation only lasted 4 days.
5) without sunscreen, even I will burn after 6+ hours in the sun per day
6) four days without any technology besides my camera is actually not that bad
7) christian bands are REALLY humble. and, in my experience, really nice ^_^
8) and also (for the most part) rather attractive :) (ex. Thousand Foot Krutch, Tenth Avenue North, and SKYHAWK DRIVE)
9) sharing a tent with Otaku-chan and my Conscience was fun!!
10) contrary to popular belief, 70,000+ people singing does NOT sound like noise. it sounds... pretty
11) for the most part, people at Creation are NICE! like, even in the quote-unquote 'mosh pit' in front of the stage, you could still breathe and move without socking people in the face
12) RED!!!!!!! LETTER BLACK!!!!!!!!!!! THOUSAND FOOT KRUTCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
13) a few words to describe the experience: interesting, varied, LOUD, expensive, and EPICALLY FUN!!
